Meet Dakota

Dakota is a recent graduate of Paul Mitchell the School Charlotte and is beginning her journey as an assistant stylist at Common Thread Collective. She has a natural eye for detail and loves creating a positive, comfortable experience for everyone in her chair.

She’s especially drawn to color and the creativity it allows, but she’s equally excited to continue building her skills behind the chair with both cuts and styling. For Dakota, it’s all about helping clients find a look that feels like them—whether that’s a fresh haircut, a soft lived-in color, or something with a little more edge.
